Even better, you can prevent people from using these scripts in the first place with CAPTCHA.
CAPTCHA requires a website visitor to type a set of characters displayed in a distorted image along with the rest of the web form. When the web form is submitted, the CAPTCHA is checked first. If the site visitor enters an invalid answer, they are directed back to the original form to try again. If the answer is correct, the web form is processed normally.
